The location was great. it was within walking distance to the city centre and a bus stop to the airport was a 2-minute walk. the staff were helpful. They assisted with directions and local information.
my room was cold because of the single glazed windows. blackout curtains hung above the heating, so the room did not heat unless curtains were drawn and carefully balanced on the windowsill. this made controlling the temperature quite difficult.

our room had a distinct industrial theme. i noted the bathroom size was ample. the location is somewhat outside of town. a bus station is only five minutes away. restaurants nearby offer good options.
the room got quite warm. we were above an industrial unit that was very loud. the window could not be opened as it was broken.

i found the room not very clean, especially the corridors and stairs. it seems this area does not receive sufficient attention (more care is required). some guests were also very noisy.

check in was till 10pm and linens were ready. the curtain gives some privacy. it was cool i stayed in a cube. the location is great with bus and train station nearby and the area strijp s close.
the bed light didnt work. reception said it needed it support. it could only get done the next day.
